Claudia was amazing. The place is 30 min only by tram to the center, quiet neighborhood but with restaurants and store 5 min walk away. Same as with the tram station, 5 min walk. The place is great, newly renovated with great taste. The terrace is delicious for hot summer night as the one we spent there. Espresso machine with capsules were great for the morning. Free parking also a great feature.

I had an unexpected and stressful situation after my original hotel cancelled my reservation just hours before my arrival. I found this hotel last-minute and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I checked in feeling anxious, but they immediately made me feel welcome and calm. I also had a small issue with my card during payment, and they were extremely patient and reassuring — they told me not to worry and that they would assist me whenever I was ready. The staff was nice, the room was clean, great value for the price paid. The location was perfect, very close to the train station, basically in front of the station, you'll be able to get to the apartment within a minute after walking out of the train station. The facility is very nice and clean and the room even comes with a small-size full kitchen! The location is very close to the cheap P+R (Park & Ride) location too, so it's good for those who drive to Vienna from another city or country and will be taking public transportation to explore the city. Would recommend and stay at this property again in the future.

The room was nice, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. I slept very well it was quite no road noise. My small dog’s traveled with me they were an extra affordable rate daily. The room had air conditioning which was so lovely to return to after seeing the city on a warm day. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a standard European continental breakfast meats chews breads eggs. There was also a McDonald’s within walking distance as well as a place to get Döner.
