Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour. In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host. The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment itself is the best I've ever stayed in at booking.com! What you get is a well-furnished flat with all the needed necessities. A big TV, a terrace, an amazing, big and comfy bed, even necessities for making filter-coffee. There's not much else one can ask when staying for a trip, especially since what you get is a flat that was made for comfy living in mind and not just renting. If you see this apartment available - hesitate no further and just rent it. The comfort of living alone does it's thing, but you also have a lot of tools for getting around the town nearby - the OBB and metro station nearby, bus stops. You name it - they've got it.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Martin has been very gentle, available to explain and assist when needed. The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)

The space is very cozy and furnished with nice decor, it is evident that the owners put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for their guests. The apartment is also very well equiped. The location of the apartment is another highlight, just near metro and tram station, you get in 15-20 min to the center or to the airpoirt, also near supermarkets.
