It is super nice. Friendly staffs always helping guests. Clean rooms. Cozy bar and lobby. Quiet room and comfy beds. They clean room everyday. The location is just wonderful! I think the best in whole Vienna! Walking distance to the main station which connects all of Europe. Rooms are spacious, modern and very cozy, they also have a water kettle in the rooms! the hotel is environmental friendly which was a great plus! Staff are amazingly friendly! Especially Nikola who was at the front desk, he was very friendly, professional and very helpful in so many things! We thank him very much.

The studio was big, it had a microwave, a mini fridge, plates and glasses. The shower was amazing, with very well pressure and hot water all the time. The breakfast was excellent, scramble eggs, plenty of bread, hams, cheeses, cereals, good strong coffee, all types of milk, cappuccinos and lattes, fruits, salads, etc. Clean and spacey room, comfy beds, pillows and duvets. restaurants around were good, metro station nearby and you can go walking to city center.
