Couldn’t fault anything.! The owner of this little beauty is wonderful, not only does she make you feel welcome, also maintains her property to an outstanding level of cleanliness. I had an amazing stay at capsuleaccom The cleanliness was truly exceptional and went far beyond my expectations. The management was incredibly efficient and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I also loved the entertainment options they offer there’s also a basketball court and a table tennis setup, which added so much fun to my stay. The atmosphere here is fantastic, super welcoming and lively. It was very convenient for me since I am a Tafe student. I’m already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Location was good, not the best but close enough to where we needed to go. Raj and the Hotel Manager, forgive me I didn't get his name were superb in ensuring our stay was perrfect and met our needs.

Great price. Rooms are small and basic which is why I guess they are cheap. Very clean. Staff were lovely. Has a vending machine downstairs in lobby. Loved that for after hours.

Unfortunately, this trip to the Gold Coast was unlike other trips we've had in the past, where we would enjoy some relaxed holiday downtime. This time, we traveled to the beautiful Gold Coast for my father to consult with a reputable spinal surgeon to seek advanced medical advice regarding what can or cannot be done in response to his long term continued deterioration of a messy lower back complaint. This detorioration continues to cause increased pain, discomfort, and rapidly worsening restrictions in mobility for my Dad. Having said the above, there is no doubt that coming across this delightful 2 bedroom apartment for our stay, provided us with the comfort, proximity to appointments, and beautiful view which definitely aided in putting our minds at ease as we entered into the stressors that come with specialist medical appointments. Thank you! 😃
