This unique, slightly quirky boutique hotel exceeded expectations in delivering a bespoke product. Our lovely room, a little on the small side, but not a problem, was thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. Especially liked the shower gel, shampoo, etc and the bathroom accessories. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, great coffee. Would like to have stayed longer!

The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location is excellent (very close to Melbourne museum and the CBD). You will find many restaurants, cafés and shops around the lodge and in the nearby Fitzroy neighbourhood as well as the CBD. My room was spacious (actually a kind of studio apartment), with a private bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the motley hotel and can’t wait to hear back. Having breakfast included and getting to choose from the menu made for a great start to the day. We managed to schedule a drink at the rooftop bar into most days and the location was so convenient we walked everywhere. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating.
