We arrived earlier than the official check-in time but the lovely receptionist got us checked in right away. Amazing service, we really enjoyed the room too. Within walking distance to the main attractions. We also liked the open corridor—helped us gauge if we were properly dressed for the Melbourne winter!

Amazing staff, from front desk to cleaning, all members of the staff are nice, friendly, ready to help. Rooms have a good size, clean and well maintained. The small swimming pool was the joy of the kids in the heat of the end of summer. For me it was extremely useful to have access to washing machine and dryer and i was slightly stressed seeing that they work based on coins but ... the front desk staff is prepared and they can change bills in coins for their guests. This is the first hotel where they are so well prepared in supporting the customers.

What a fantastic find. Right in the middle of all the Lygon St activity. These are apartments not rooms and theyre impressively large and perfect for visiting families. Full kitchens, laundry facilities, plenty of space, quiet, easy access, plenty of parking. We loved the place and will use this as our base in future when visiting.
