The staff was exceptional, even though she was already leaving for work she still stayed on to help with the check in. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to southern cross station. Room was big and spacious and clean too. Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend it!

GREAT PLACE!! I like the facilities that over by type of chain hotels. We don’t have to worry to bring everything because they’ll provide to us like: bath robe, slippers, toiletries (I like their smell); but except tooth brush of course. I had a VERY NICE SHOWER there.
