Our room was clean, spacious, and the hotel was conveniently located for taking the trains, grabbing a meal or grocery shopping. The two pools, work out room and washer and dryer made the stay feel like home. We had everything we needed for our 10 days in Australia.

We stayed at Level 28 and the room was absolutely amazing. It was clean ,fresh and and had lot of facilities including TV, wifi, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils though we didn't cook. The staff were quite professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located 10 mins walk from Parramatta station. Property is very big and rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfy and large . Bathroom is also big. Best hotel in this location. Travelling in sydney is good and best via trains. Taxis are very expensive. Parramatta wharf and restaurants are walkable nearby. Rest all was ok and excellent.

Location, very close to everything which enables to walk. Pool area was great for the kids. Parking was a huge advantage. The staff were all lovely.

Holiday Inn Parramatta is within walking distance from Westfield Parramatta Shopping Centre, CommBank Stadium, Eat Street and the Parramatta Railway Station.

We had a wonderful stay at Punthill Parramatta! The spacious room was impressive and provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciate the thoughtful utilities provided in the room, such as the washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, and even dishwashing liquid and sponges – it made our stay so convenient.
