We were there in August 2025, very pleased. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is responsive, polite and very caring. The breakfasts are amazing, we left very early and they packed us breakfast to go - 2 bags of delicious cheeses, fruits, homemade bread, snacks! The room is creative, clean and well-kept, quiet. Thank you very much!

One of the best small hotels I ever stayed in during my many travels. Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Very friendly staff (Emil, Ilya, Shahin) at reception, present 24/7. Well sized room with plenty of storage space, with high ceiling, paquet flooring, tea and coffee making facilities. Good bathroom with marble floor and also plenty of storage space and a socket. Nice breakfast on 4th floor with a terrace, to be reached by a staircase from the 3rd floor (up to here is an elevator). Good coffee and eggs any style prepared by Natalya, who also cleans the rooms in an excellent way.

Such a cozy hotel! The room was perfectlysized with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i slept like a baby.
