I had a very good experience in Qafqaz. Everybody, from reception to housekeeping is like a family to me, as i spent 2 weeks here. Very nice and warm people, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, the breakfast is delicious and the prices are so good. If i ever come again to Baku, Qafqaz will be for sure 1st choice on my list.

Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. The entire place is very clean, and the location is just perfect — it’s very easy to reach every part of the city from here. The bed and the shower were also very comfortable, and I had absolutely no issues during my stay.
What really stood out to me was the hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank Nazım and Zaki — they were outstanding. They provided me with all the information I needed and were always ready to help with anything.

The hotel is actually really nice and clean, also has a good location. The owner and other employees are nice people, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and you have enough options to choose from.
I would definitely come back here when I will be in Baku and totally recommend this hotel for vacation.
