I loved the property, it is in a perfect location, in the heart of the old town Bascarsija in Sarajevo. Even though it is in the heart of the city it is in a quiet area so you get a good night sleep. Morover, the hotel has security 24/7. The hotel is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, impeccable and a modern decor. everything in the hotel is high tech from digital switches to move and close to windows, adjust AC, lighting, elevator. I was impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs. At the day of our departure there was a marathon and hotel was not accessible due to street closures but the staff helped us with our luggage to a nearby street to meet our taxi driver for a ride to the airport. The breakfast was a buffet of anything imaginable: eggs sunny side up, scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, different type of cheeses (at least 5 gourmet cheeses), cold cuts, baked goods (freshly baked brads and cakes), cereals, croissants, fruits and fruit juices as well as different coffees (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino , etc). I travel extensively for work and pleasure and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed lately. Even though it is 4 star, it really should be 5 star hotel. I cannot recommend Hotel Sana and it’s staff enough. I will be staying there every time I come to Sarajevo. I am so glad I found this gem.

Everything was perfect! Selma, the owner was very helpful with everything, even before we had arrived, and showed availability 24/7. The apartment was very clean, very cosy, perfect location in the center, close to everything. A lot of effort was put in making us, the guests, feel great! All the little things that one would (or wouldn't!) thing it might be useful, was there! Compliments!
