the staff was really sweet they let us put our belongings in the apt before they were done cleaning, they asked us if everything was okay during the weekend, very nice people. The apt is enough for 3 people. The couch was comfortable to sleep on and the bed is so soft! You have everything you need, from plates to a hairdryer!!

The welcome cookie was super sweet of them, the location of the hotel makes it easy to move around town because of its location near a train station. Also we walked 15 min to get to the Grand Place. Which was easy and fun. A nice gesture of the hotel is offering you two bottles of water to fill around the clock having a water corner in our floor.

nHow Brussels was like a breath of fresh air giving off young, vibrant and colorful vibes. Entering our room was an experience in itself with the lighting and paintwork. All of the necessities were provided. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and the experience of making one’s own waffle was a great touch.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early, which was amazing as we were able to enjoy our stay more. The spacious room, super-comfortable bed and marvellous view. They were very nice to prepare a bed and bowls for my dog. The hotel is no more than a 5-minute walk from Brussels North station, which is also a great point. The rooftop restaurant is a must!
