I stayed in this hotel for the fifth time. Everytime I like the hotel more and more. Amazingly hospital staff - at reception, in cafe, etc. Support with any request. Design of the room and hotel overall is very optimistic and positive. Food at the breakfast is very good. Also, if you prefer not to have a cleaning on certain day, you receive a voucher for free drink in the restaurant. Location is near to metro, and Nord Station. 10 minuted walk to main street, 20 minutes to Grand Platz and Central Station. Will stay there again definetely

Institute has excellent location which is close to city center and European quarter. Excellent breakfast and unique place. Not for conventional travelers, but I am definitely coming back. Waking up to birds singing in the morning is unique feeling.

Extreme spacious rooms in a very nice setting where (they say) the mistress from king Leopold lived. Every room is a bit different and is stylish decorated. A pity I only needed a short sleep .... :-)

The owner was very nice and the breakfast was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The location was very central, so we could visit many places without using the car or public transport.
