Fantastic welcome, we were given a map & the receptionist pointed out very helpful information for us. The beds were so comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was amazing, I have allergies & daughter a vegetarian, they went above & beyond in providing a lot of choice. Feels so homely, all the staff were super friendly & helpful. Beautiful hotel, loved the Art Deco/Nouveau features. You can even borrow books. Being able to have a stretch out in the pool after a long day travelling was lovely, really nice temperature. Also a plus that you have it privately for an hour. Great location, close to a beautiful park & the museums.

Amazing staff. Lovely and super comfortable room on the highest floor, very light and bright, nicely decorated, I loved the roof windows. A lot of storage space. Great location. Exceptional bathroom.
