If you are wondering if you should stay here - JUST DO IT!   I had the pleasure to spend a week at this hotel and let me say this is not your typical hotel…nor your typical Doubletree…this is better. This Doubletree in Plovdiv Center is virtually brand new, only 3 months since it opened - and in pristine condition.  The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, awesome duvets and pillows.  Black out drapes as well as sheer curtains. Trust me, close to impossible to wake up in the morning, you will want to stay in bed all day! 😉😊  Rooms have a desk, mini refrigerator, and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Large plush bath towels. Amazing shower pressure/hot water. The rooms are super quiet, and well thought out with the various lighting options. There is an amazing fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and 24/7 access, I have never seen a hotel with a fitness center like this!  There is a restaurant and a bar on site.  There is also a huge breakfast buffet that even has a huge real honeycomb to sweeten your tea!. Oh and how could I forget the famous doubletree cookies! 😋  The best part of this hotel is the staff.  I want to acknowledge the friendly, dedicated, helpful staff that went above and beyond to make my stay amazing: Arda, Hristo, Garo, Petar, Kostadin, Bayazid, Marianna, Radoslava, Tina. The greatest hostel ever, it is much more of a Boutique Hotel. Crisp white linens, individual beds, private bathrooms, a beautiful outdoor kitchen, fresh squeezed lemonade, and superb location in old town. The staff is sweet and generous with advice, the breakfast is delicious, and the hostel itself is a gorgeous, old world mansion. My highest recommendation, I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Plovdiv.

An Unforgettable Stay: Truly a Traveler's Dream! As veteran travelers, my wife and I have experienced countless accommodations, but our recent stay at this apartment truly stands out as exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every detail. The location is excellent, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. We loved being within easy walking distance of the city center, allowing us to explore all the main attractions with ease. The apartment itself is incredibly convenient and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary facilities. It felt like a true home away from home. Inside, the modern touches were evident everywhere. We appreciated the two modern digital TVs with fast internet access, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The high-quality kitchen appliances made preparing meals a breeze, and the convenient bed and mattress ensured restful nights. All the furnishings are new, contributing to the apartment's fresh and inviting atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by how clean and well-preserved everything was – a testament to the care taken with the property. Security was also a top priority, with safety locks providing peace of mind. The added convenience of on-site parking was a significant bonus. Finally, we cannot speak highly enough of our host. They were very kind and incredibly helpful, providing quick assistance whenever we had a question. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to make our stay comfortable truly elevated our experience.
