The hotel features very large rooms (more than 50m2/500sqft) and great views over Sofia and a large park nearby from the upper floors. The beds are very comfortable and huge. The bathrooms feature a shower and a very large bathtub (I'm 6 foot). Everything was super clean and the room service was very quick and super helpful. We ordered food for in-room dinging and it was very delicious (I can really recommend the mixed cheese board). Again the food came super quick and the service was very attentive.
Parking is very convenient since there was ample space in the complimentary parking garage below. You can go directly form the garage to your floor if necessary.

Excellent location just opposite Ugo pizzeria on Vitosha blvd. Very nice design in the room. With a small coffee machine and fridge, where there was a breakfast.

On the day of arrival, clear instructions were sent regarding picking up the keys from a key box opposite the flat. The flat itself was comfortable, with air conditioning in the living room, an iron, hairdryer, excellent shower, washing machine, oven, filtered water, and lots of space. The location is a busy, safe area but the flat is quiet. The metro is two minutes walk away. Communication throughout was clear and helpful. And I am very happy with the experience.
