The view was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed very shortly, but we were very satisfied.

Whenever I travel to Bulgaria on business, I always choose this hotel, as it consistently meets the highest standards in cleanliness, comfort, and service. In fact, I can say that, from hygiene to décor, it is one of the cleanest and most thoughtfully managed hotels I have experienced across Europe. In particular, I’d like to commend a blonde-haired lady at the front desk, whose dedication and warm service truly stood out. Her approach reminded me of the professors I had in college while studying tourism and hotel management—individuals who genuinely strive to help and understand the needs of their guests. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, taking time to explain all the hotel facilities in great detail and making sure I felt at home. Her professionalism and thoughtful approach made my stay not only enjoyable but also memorable. The high standards of hospitality and attention to detail that staff consistently demonstrate are truly commendable. Whether it’s a quick request for room service or assistance with local information, each interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and genuine warmth. It’s clear that your team is well-trained and takes pride in providing a world-class experience to each guest, and this is a rare quality that sets apart. This level of commitment has turned each stay here into a enjoyable experience, allowing me to focus on my work and feel refreshed after each visit. great restaurant downstairs and wonderful bar upstairs. The room had a big terrace and was overall comfortable.

Very nice and clean hotel, large rooms with very comfy beds. Very friendly staff. The guy on the Recebchion help us for everything: For good restaurants, for parking for shops - He is amazing, He is name is Vesko. There is three bad points: 1 Hotel hasn’t have car park. 2. No restaurant, 3 mirrors on the bath room is very dark. If this is not a problem for you, you will get more than you pay.

The facilities and the building is new and the interior is superb. The location is great and the concierge is always available.

I think it was recently refurbished/built as everything looks brand new. Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast. The showers were great and the view from the top floor is also nice. We had a 9 seater minivan which did not fit in the hotel underground parking but 2 min walk there is an open parking and the fee was reimbursed by the hotel.

Very good location , luxury, had all amenities. The staff was very polite and very friendly . The room was clean and warm ! It was quiet ,despite the central location . Few minutes from a metro station and 10 min walk from the Main Street ! They have options for an outside or an inside parking which is very comfortable ,considering the location and that everything around it’s a paid zone ,and price is quite low !

the rooms were super spacious and the gym was great.

The staff was so helpful and kind. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the city. It was very close to a Metro stop and easy to get to.
