Kashmir Wellness & SPA is the perfect place to spend some full relax days in the middle of the woods. What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.

The thermal spa center exceeded our expectations, for this price bracket. The pools and jacuzzis are well maintained, secured and cleaned. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. The staff is professional and nice.

Our hosts were very welcoming, responsive and attentive to our needs. It was a positively memorable experience that will stay with us for many years. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and we really enjoyed using the sauna, hot tub and common areas.

We got a wonderful wellcom. and felt so good here. We could feel so much love was put in every detail. It made us so happy. As we came we were recived in such warmth as if we were long time friends. Taken to a tour to the nearby spring and park. We laughfed and enjoyed a lot together. Such friendly hosts! And the room was so beutiful with everything made of wood, clean and cozy.

My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!
