Great value for money. Basic accommodation, but clean and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed an extra toothbrush in the middle of the night. The desk clerk did not have one, but sent someone out to get one for me and bring it to my room. Exceptional service for this price point.

Location was for the work I did excellent. Minimal traffic jams etc. Personnel was extremely helpful, attentive, supportive, and everything you like to expect but usually don’t get but here excellent and remarkable. Very clean facilities, great housekeeping. Excellent WiFi, TV connected properly, just as it should be. Parking was good, aircon silent. Just everything was really excellent arranged. Compliments to management and execution team!

All staff were brilliant. Can't praise them enough, best customer service I have experienced. Hotel has a very unique location on its own island. The amenities are great, restaurants great, breakfast great. All great. Seriously setting the standard for hotels, well done Four Seasons Bahrain!

Excellent facilities and caretaking staff! For example Rodrick and his Crew at breakfast buffet, or Alexandre at guest Relations. Incredible and absolutely outstanding performance by Linda, the Resorts Quality Manager. Congratulations!!! We will surely come back to this lovely place.

The staff! Hands down the best hotel staff! From smooth check-in & check-out by Jamilla, great service by rhea at la Med on our breakfast, & Eric, Haley & and Ria, for showing what true filipino hospitality is all about. The room itself is sylish and modern. The bed is huge, and the bathroom is clean. I only wish that the room was bigger. But it's ok, not that really matters to me. We didn't do much at the resort because it was raining really hard... except for the lounge access that we had, which is perfect and really saves my stay at the resort. I am looking forward to my next visit in Bahrain and stay here and try all that the resort offers.

The best hotel around Bab Al-Bahrain. We were greeted with the friendliness of the staff, we were able to check in earlier before15:00. One of our rooms was upgraded to a more spacious one. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. Room facilities, furniture and toilets are clean and look very well maintained. There is no car park, but valet parking is provided by the staff and they are very adept at picking up and parking the vehicle. They are very polite and kind. The masjid is right beside the hotel so it's easy for us to go to pray. The hotel library facilities are very good and neatly arranged, the books and magazines provided are interesting to read. Very close to shopping places around Bab Al-Bahrain. The hotel has very good restaurant decoration, very good breakfast and delicious.
