The hotel did not disappoint me, as always. Everything was wonderful, simple, and perfectly suited to my needs.
During this visit, I would especially like to thank Ms. Israa, who consistently treats the hotel guests with kindness and professionalism. She always greets them warmly and makes sure all their accommodation needs are met.

Location was for the work I did excellent. Minimal traffic jams etc.
Personnel was extremely helpful, attentive, supportive, and everything you like to expect but usually don’t get but here excellent and remarkable.
Very clean facilities, great housekeeping. Excellent WiFi, TV connected properly, just as it should be. Parking was good, aircon silent. Just everything was really excellent arranged. Compliments to management and execution team!

Everything about our stay was perfect — comfortable, luxurious, and truly memorable. The kids’ club, water park, and beach club were all fantastic. Our child had such an amazing time that he didn’t even want to go back home!
The dining experience was also excellent. Every restaurant we tried was great, and the breakfast buffet stood out with its wide variety of delicious options. The dedicated kids’ buffet section was an adorable touch that we really appreciated.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were wonderful with our child and made the experience even more special.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.
