Location was great. Nice walk to the beach where they have different vendors and childrens play areas.

The staff at the pool Al Hadiqa where amazing... Nayem, Islam, Mahmoud and Emad .. amazing staff. So dedicated to guest pleasure and comfort. These people are the true asset to Royal Saray The reception was also amazing, specially Rifaat .. amazing professional guy. 👏

The apartment that we got was extremely specious with two large bathrooms and another separate toilet. We wanted a non-smoking room, so we were placed “only” on the 28th floor where the view was still breathtaking. There are inside and onside pools, steam bath and a sauna. We did not book breakfast included on our reservation, but decided to pay for one and we did not regret it. The people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice!

The hotel is very well located, with access to good cafes, malls and places of work. I'm usually in Bahrain for work visits, and this is my third stay at Swiss-Bell, Seef. I prefer this over other hotels because of its location — it's well connected yet not in a crowded area. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable working desk in almost all rooms. The breakfast spread is quite good, and the staff is super sweet and helpful. The concierge services are good, room service is prompt, and house keeping is very considerate. I would especially like to thank Rajeev, Pawan, Abdul and Reshy in the restaurant, and Tia, Yasir, Sayed Ali and Mohammad at the reception for making my check-in, stay and check-out smooth.

Have to start by saying how helpful all the staff were, especially reception. Willing to answer any question and willing to point us in the right direction for whatever we needed, The whole establishment was scrupulously clean. Our rooms (bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom) were kept sparkling by the efforts of Nayon and Achim who only went in when the "Clean my Room" sign was displayed plus provided fresh towels every day. Breakfast was not only in a great location on the 15th floor but they were willing to swap items on the pre-set breakfasts to items of our choice (cereal instead of oatmeal and scrambled eggs instead of an omelette, for instance). Always left filling full up and ready for the day ahead! Having a "Mini-Mart" next door was really handy to pick up items that we needed. Never had a problem with any Uber not knowing where they were.

Directly connected to Seef Mall, Fraser Suites Seef features apartments with free WiFi and views of the city’s skyline.
