First Impression was the best impression. The reception and desk service Ms. Jam Aira was the one of the best receptionist I can say, very cheerful, helpful, well mannered, took extra care in arranging the booking and taking care of the guest. The Room was excellent, cleaned properly, nice ambience and views outside and all the facilities were there. Breakfast was the same which we find in every hotel. Could have done better, again its my opinion, because for different nationalities its difficult to prepare and organize. Cleanliness - its a beautiful hotel neat and clean, properly organized. Staffs - All the staffs are well trained.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Jafar during my stay at this hotel, and I must say, he was an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
