I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

The hotel is really cozy. They have good breakfast and the ladies from the restaurants are really nice. The only thing is that some of the stuff doesn’t speak English, but they are willing to help, so if you use translate you’ll get what you need eventually.
