The ease of checking in at any time. There were no staff onsite however I still felt supported and welcomed. The room was very well equipped and with modern technology too. Great location as well in old Montreal! Really impressed with the whole experience.

Great hotel, it looks modern, great location, the beds are comfortable, additional the toiletries and set-up in the mini bar, they even leave a welcome letter (the devil is in the detail).
