We arrived early at 12pm and the room was already ready. Not only that but we also got a free upgrade to a familiy suite with fantastic views on the American falls. Everything new, clean, top, for a very reasonable price! Great value!

We were disappointed to have a room with a city view but to be honest the view of the falls from the windows by the lift were so incredible that it didn’t matter. We were so lucky to find an empty space in the car park on our arrival. There is a large car park but it always looked busy. Parking is quite expensive $95 for two nights. Our double Queen room was excellent, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Service was excellent too, we had a couple of very minor problems which were resolved almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
