Fantastic place, very comfortable. The location is exceptional. Town view rooms are very good value and the view of the falls is extraordinary from the observatory and the restaurant. I think it's probably one of the very best places to stay in Niagara falls.

The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the Falls and the market area, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The Falls view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding a special touch to the entire experience. The hospitality at the reception during check-in and check-out was warm and professional, making the process smooth and welcoming. A special mention to the bellhop services, which were efficient and courteous, helping us with our luggage and making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The hotel also features excellent amenities including a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and gym, perfect for relaxing or keeping up with your fitness routine. Having a Starbucks on-site was a great bonus – very convenient for a quick coffee or snack.

Connected to the Fallsview Casino's Entertainment Center by a heated and air conditioned indoor glass walkway, this hotel features an indoor pool and 3 on-site restaurants.

We arrived early at 12pm and the room was already ready. Not only that but we also got a free upgrade to a familiy suite with fantastic views on the American falls. Everything new, clean, top, for a very reasonable price! Great value!
