Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

Fabulous location, a short walk to the gorgeous Stanley park, and with a wide variety of places to eat nearby A local supermarket was helpful for when we wanted to eat at home . Really good facilities and helpful staff , we had a late flight so being able to store luggage after checkout was very helpful. We would definitely return here if lucky enough to visit Vancouver again .

The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.
