Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was spacious with all amenities. Water, tea, coffee on each floor. Good, central location. Great breakfast in a very nice atmosphere.

What was not to like. Excellent location on the banks of the Rhein. Great communication beforehand, which made getting to the hotel to from the airport very easy. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't help enough with any issues or questions. Room clean, tidy, comfortable and more than adequate. Breakfast to die for 😍 everything from cereals, fruits, juices, breads, cold meats, cheeses, sausages, hummus, salad, eggs (fantastic egg scrambling machine) and even make your own waffles. Basel was a beautiful city. Interesting to see, everyone very friendly. Eating out was great too. Would thoroughly recommend a trip to Basel and definitely stay at the Krafft Basel Hotel. You will not be disappointed.

the location right on the Rhine river. Daniel at the front desk researched vegan restaurants for us to eat dinner and we hit a home run casually at ZaZa’s near the market plaza. The included breakfast was excellent and they provided soy milk for our cereal. The coffee was also excellent! overall the staff was tops!

The property is in a great location, easy access to old town. We were on top floor in room described as family room. The room actually has 2 rooms within it, so one massive bedroom/ living room area with fridge and coffee maker, and the second being a separate single room. Beautiful bathroom as well. Very peaceful, exceptionally clean, spacious and lovely decor.

Closed to the train station and they got a gym that I used every single day I spent there
