Staff super helpful and friendly (and multilingual - quite impressive). Great were also the long availability of staff at reception. The place is modern and very nicely furnished. Bus stop, Aldi, gym right outside / next door. Very nice to get complimentary gym access (large, well equipped gym, even a few mountains visible from the rooftop). We had a great time, all in all 10/10.

The location is walking distance from train station and grocery shop which was super convenient. The place was clean, the WiFi was fast, the complimentary public transport was convenient, the room make up service were very thorough and the breakfast was yum and offered lots of variety including kids pack for our 3 year old.

The room is little, but very comfy; There are all the stuff needed for people traveling, from a free welcome bottle water, to hairdryer or the iron and ironing board. The best thing is the bed, which is absolutely comfy in any season. Light system is easy and can be handle from the bed. The breakfast it's ok, with almost all the good thing to make any kind of type of breakfast: continental, salt or sweat.
