Extremely friendly and helpful staff, perfect location next to altstadt and Aare river, rosengarten part is next to the hotel with fascinating sunsets. Various breakfast options. Clean shared bathroom. Staying here for the second time.

The location is in the middle of beautiful forest and farming country.
Normally I look for places within 5-10 minutes of my destination (Ittigen, Bern), but I enjoyed this place so much, I will definitely stay here again, even though it's about 20 minutes from where I'm going to.
Looking out the windows in the morning, and seeing 3 horses across the road, just made it all that much nicer and "tranquillo".
