Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

We just loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with an ‘oh so comfy’ bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality, with an ‘old world’ feel but with nice, modern touches. We will certainly stay here again next time in Geneva!

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all
