The room has a good size. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. I like the fact on each day, I had the option of taking a continental breakfast (which cost CHF19.5), an express breakfast (consisting of coffee/ tea + a glass of fruit juice + a croissant, which cost CHF6.50), or getting breakfast from other places.

Hotel is new and friendly staff. Sergey the host was very helpful. The location is great and close to the central station Cornavin. Tea and coffee are free any time in 9th floor. The laundry available until 20:00 with dry machine and ironing. Kitchen in every room. Grocery is at the same building. Filtered water is free at public area. Internet is very fast!! Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel.
