The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion. Rooms are very clean, organized, housekeeping almost every time you leave the room on top of night service before you go to bed to ensure we have everything we need in the room.

great location, near the metro station. 10-15 min walk to the Jet fountain. near restaurants and supermarket. has option for pillow menu!! very fluffy and soft pillows. clean sheets. old bathroom but very clean. allowed us to check in early —11am. very considerate since we have a baby.
