The overall experience was excellent! We were even sad it’s only for one night, we could easily stay there whole week and not be bored. The room transformation was amazing and the general area on the 9th floor is something that makes to want to stay there longer.

very good , thank you Teresa was so nice so friendly and so helpful.. by some reason I couldn't made my arrive to Geneva on the day I reserved so at the last minutes i asked for a favor to change to another date and change for my friend to stay... and Teresa responsed very quickly and arranged every thing so well so perfect ! the hotel with good location facing to the beautiful lake...everything so nice.
