We just loved this hotel. A great location on the river front of Luzern and only a few minutes walk from the train station. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality. We booked a room with a river view … and it was spectacular! And very much enjoyed the coffee making machine and gift snacks. Complimentary drinks in the wine bar on arrival was also a nice touch. We will certainly stay here again next time in Luzern!!

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful, large room right across from the lake. Super friendly service - we went down late for breakfast one day and they not only recommended a fantastic resturant, they also called ahead and checked for us that they were open.
