I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

Excellent location, walking distance to the Altstadt, the Lion monument, to the city walls and towers, the lake etc. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Self check in was straightforward.
