Very cozy and comfortable, like home, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, a cozy terrace with a stunning view of the mountains, where you can relax and drink coffee, a washing machine and a dryer, very clean, just a couple of minutes to the bus stop. Special thanks to the owner Gery
, he is very responsive and kind, helped me solve one problem with the SIM card. If I am in Lucerne, I will definitely stay here again

We loved the interior design - everything was in a new modern industrial style decor, which we loved. Also the staff was exceptionally friendly.
The breakfast was great and superb value for money - we had our friends over for breakfast , which was not a problem. We just paid a very reasonable price forty more people, which we found very handy.
We had our dog stay with us at the hotel, which again was not an issue at all.
So all in all we were very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend. We would book again any time.

I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!
