Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

The location was amazing. You can over see Kriens and Lucerne. You are close by to the Mt.Pilatus Gondola. The service was superb. The staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

Very clean room and common parts. Comfortable and very quiet room. Nice and easy communication with host. Towels and toothbrush/paste left on the bed for our convinience (with a swiss chocolate). Easy to find

The location is convenient, just 10 stops bus ride to Luzern main stations. A big supermarket is opposite to the hostel and we bought food to cook in the self-contained kitchen. We booked budget double room which is comfort and good value for the family. it includes private shower and toilet. Heating was on and room is warm. staffs are friendly and helpful on tourism info.
