I thought it would be difficult to self-check in because it was my first time, but it went very smoothly.

It was clean, comfortable and in a calm neighborhood. Staff were super friendly and supportive. The Lucerne ticket which we received a few days before our stay, was really helpful! The hotel is not in the city center but with the ticket we could use all public transport in the zone 10 and it was practical. We were very satisfied with our stay.
