Nicely furnished apartment, located in the center, very clean and cozy, all the needs of the guests have been thought of. The landlady is very kind and responsive!

We were on the 5th story and we love the view flamboyant felt very Italian and the warmth of the Italian design close to the cable car which was well worth the visit and close to Lake.generous breakfast included.

Great location with friendly staffs. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and the staffs also recommended a good local restaurant to me. The lake view room I looked is fantastic. Breakfast is not various but acceptable, also passionate staffs servicing the breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with homemade bread and plenty of savoury and sweet options. A really good stay.

Such a lovely hotel. Perfectly situated on the waterfront in Lugano's old town, the fairly unassuming exterior only hints at how nice it is inside. There's a beautiful garden with an outdoor pool, a giant chess set and lots of corners to sit and enjoy a drink whilst drinking in the view. Inside, there is a lavishly furnished lounge area with a well-stocked 'honesty bar'. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole stay was a delight. I only had a small room this time without a lake view as it was the last room left, but my colleague had a balcony and said it was fabulous. Would love to come again!

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town centre and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.

Everything was great there. I really liked the place and the staff's treatment was more than wonderful, especially the young woman who was in the reception hall, She loved to help and was very friendly.
