The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an exceptional experience. The place is incredibly clean, and despite the shared bathrooms, there are enough of them, and they are often cleaner than those in hotels. The host is extremely friendly and courteous, always willing to assist. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is very quiet, and the guests are friendlier than in many hotels I’ve visited. The parking is secure and conveniently located right in front of the property. The rooms are bright, very clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. never wrote a review in my life but what an amazing stay! hospitality was better then the hotels i usually stay in. bathroom and bed where clean and spacious. the family is so nice and helpful even though there was a language barrier, cause i don’t speak german lol, we still communicated. breakfast was the highlight of the stay in my opinion. they prepare so much food that it will leave you full throughout the day. and let’s not forget that it was delicious as well. the animals were a good addition to my holiday as well because the made me feel like i’m still at home in some way.

We had a comfortable stay. My mom got strain in legs and staff helped her with bandage and cream to reduce pain. Rooms are big and clean.Smells really nice. Breakfast was served on table so you don't have to run all the time to get stuff.

I stayed at the hotel with two dogs. There was a large dog carpet and bowls waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable sleeping there. The hotel has a lovely fitness centre which I enjoyed working out in the morning. The breakfast was great and the service at the reception, restaurant and fitness centre was excellent. The room was clean, had a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, the shower was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and everything to make tea in the room.
