The room was very spacious and clean. We booked a room with city view and could still see the lake from one window. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and didn't hesitate to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We loved the place from the very first moment. The interior of the room was relaxing and the air was as fresh as the summer breeze. The views to the Lake Thun, to mountains and to the city were amazing... the best you can imagine. Good breakfast with good view to the city. Bread was best of the year so far. Second time I've stayed here and remain very happy. Closely matches photos and description. Nicely situated in Spiez, out of the 'center' but close enough to easily walk to a few different restaurants, bakery or shop. Unlike many places to stay around Lake Thun, parking is just outside and easy. Clean and comfortable, 'no frills' but not expecting any.
