Great location, around 5min from train station, also nearby train station. Single room big and spacious, comfy bed, warm and in bathroom is spacious as well, also provided kettle and some tea. Breakfast very good, still can have good meal even arriving 30 min before 10:00. Also possible to leave the luggage free of charge. Overall great value for money, especially in one of the most expensive places in the world.

The Sorell Hotel Rex is only a few minutes' walk away from the heart of Zurich. It is close to popular shopping areas, the university (ETH) and only 15 minutes from the airport.

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating, providing us with valuable insights about the Christmas markets to visit. Her suggestions proved to be very useful and enhanced our experience in the city. One of the most convenient aspects of the hotel was its proximity to the tram stop in a peaceful and quiet area. Being just a stone's throw away from the city center in a mere 2 minutes was perfect. The breakfast served was satisfying, offering a good variety of options. Moreover, the room provided a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.

Easy to get to and a great spot for exploring. Was nice to have a hostel with our own space. Decent value for Zurich.
