Absolutely liked everything. The staff are great, rooms are large and could not wish for more. Breakfast was great. We were even allowed to leave our truck outside reception as was too big for the parking garage. Staff really went over and above.

Only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer! This hotel is only a short walk from the station and basically in the middle of the city. Close to everything you need in Zurich. The room wasn’t too small and the high windows and ceilings made it feel very spacious. The staff were great and would defiantly stay here again.

Very friendly staff, the hotel located in the heart of the city, a few blocks from the lake, with numerous options for lunch and dinner, also a couple public transport stations a few minutes away. Awesome breakfast with a great variety of tasty alternatives. Great coffee, even from the machine that's right in the room, coffee and cappuccino that is served for breakfast are simply amazing!

The property is an example of what a good 3-star should be. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The location is very good to have a rest - it's quiet, but with all facilities you need (a store, a train station, etc). We enjoyed walking around very much. The host is very polite and attentive.

Staff were amazing. We couldn’t get early check in (just flew in from Miami and were exhausted) BUT they sent us to an incredible old restaurant in the hotel car and we were well looked after. This began our amazing stay 5 nights at the hotel.

incredible staff. we arrived early in the morning. while the room was being prepared, i was given a blanket and slept on the sofa in the cozy living room. all the staff was very smiling, caring! we travel very often, changing hotels constantly. but this hotel made the kindest impressions.
