Great location, in between older section of Santiago and the modern area, and just a beautiful property. Close to many restaurants, the Zoo, and the Funicular. The staff is amazing, especially Erica (front desk) and the Chef during breakfast, and they all go out of their way to make sure that you are having a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago.

Charming common areas with lots of character - something quite difficult to find in hotels nowadays. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room generous in size, bathrooms very tidy and clean.

Great location nearby a lot of restaurants, but still not directly there. Felt like a safe area - hotel was very beautiful, staff very nice and friendly and great breakfast!

Great hostel ! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is huge and well decorated. We love the fact that there are so many places where you can relax or share with other travellers (they also host events on some nights). The room was nice and the shared bathroom and the kitchen were always cleaned

The hotel was exactly as advertised - which is all I hoped for. However, a special mention is required for the extra yards that Boris took in ensuring I was looked after. He was very helpful in making recommendations, advising me of local restaurants (down to specific menu and wine choices), assisting with requests, and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as it could be. His attentiveness was much appreciated.
