Very nice central boutique Hoyel, the staff and manager were so attentive and gave us a great stay. Everything was within walking distance. a beautiful and charming hotel in the middle of historic Valparaiso. We were very friendly welcomed. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with some links to the former occupant, the English painter Somerscales. The family room we booked was very large, with a beautiful view on the hills of valparaiso. The beds were of high quality, as was the bathroom. breakfast was excellent. If you step out of the hotel you are in the middle of the touristic centre, with many bars and restaurants, amidst many scenic views. The street in which the hotel is situated feels safe and more quite, with free parking space in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

We arrived at Val Paradou and we’re worried about parking, and having to park in the hills. However, we we’re able to park just outside the place free pf charge. The place is small and intimate, and the owners are lovely and helpful. The location is in a walking distance to ’everything’, and the view is beautiful. Great value for the money!

We love the location, the decoration, the wonderful breakfast, everything was perfect. Paula was an amazing host. We had the top floor, which had an amazing view of all of the day. The shower and towels and everything was really comfortable. Totally recommended.

We originally were in a separate lofted room when it was a group of three of us and then shifted to room #5 that had a view of the water and a large tub and king sized bed. If you’re a couple, I definitely recommend room #5, it’s gorgeous and the tub is amazing.
