After travelling over 50 countries and staying at many 5 star hotels, I can safely say this was the best most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met. Ever! I got to the hotel, I didn't have the right cash and they paid for it! Then walked me to halal chinese restaurant and paid for it. Offered to fix my broken luggage, change my currency, print my flight details, call me a taxi, order food/meds to the room when my daughter was sick and finally helped coordinate. My great wall tour, making tons of calls. I have never experienced anything better. Oh they also have a great breakfast, made it halal friendly for us, didn't charge extra when my daughter wanted more hashbrowns, they also packed us some snacks to go for our flight The room is very clean, and you have great shower pressure. The emplacement is great. The street is great with a lot of Shop from Beijing to discover. The big places to visit are near and easyly accessible. The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of advise to discover the city and some excursion to see the great wall.
