Beautiful heritage location in a quiet area of the town. The room was really comfortable and clean. We made use of the bikes and were able to cover a good distance and see the surrounding area. Lovely staff who really went out of their way to help us. Highly recommended.

This was truly the most pleasant solo trip I've ever had. The hotel provides not only a comfortable place to stay but also a warm, home-like atmosphere that gives a strong sense of belonging. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was absolutely perfect—he spoke excellent English, was very welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Breakfast was varied and different every day, which we really appreciated.

This family is amazingly welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and generous, i loved discover some special food from dali, we felt like eating at home. We definitely will be back to this place 100%. The room is spacious with good light and clean. The bed is comfortable and we appreciated the electric blanket. The room have a good wifi. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and the three pagodas. The place is in quiet small street.

Staff was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. Location in the middle of old town, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. We loved living in an historical preserved courtyard house. Breakfast was ok, local warm cooked food as well as bread. Local coffee was very good.

Beautiful property with brand new and gorgeous interior. A very beautiful golden retriever who lives there too will keep you company always. Locals are so friendly and very close to everything you could need, yet still quiet. They helped me hire a great mountain bike and I rode 75km/145km of Erhai lake, definitely worth doing!

Ideally located just opposite west gate of ancient city. Very easy & convenient to visit main  attractions like Erhai lake, ancient city walking street, Mount Cangshan, 3 pagodas temple etc. This hostel was recently taken over by a young couple who are humble, attentive, polite & hard working. They told me the way to visit the above attractions without any problem, the wife helped me to book cheap bus ticket to Lijiang and the station is only about 200m away. I bought a new luggage bag as the old one was broken. The husband helped me to throw it away.  However, I have left Some important documents in the side compartment of the broken bag. He helped me to retrieve it at 2.30am at rubbish collection point! Thank you very much Sir! It is clearly noticeable that this couple are very keen to serve every guest well.  The wifi signal is good and the room rate is low. Therefore It's STRONGLY RECOMMEND to stay here whenever you visit Dali of Yunnan, China.
