The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haikou, this is it.

I loved the spacious and elegantly designed room with breathtaking ocean views. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and all amenities were of the highest standard. The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!
