Receptionist Ms. Zhao was offering the warms welcome and farewell to us, her sincerely attitude and service were delighted our trip very much. GSM Jack Huang was very helpful and I’m truly appreciated. Morning shift Concierge (Simon?)and afternoon shift ladies were excellent and given us the good suggestion. I’m definitely to come back in the future.

I loved my time here, I cannot be more thankful with the service of the people who work here and Mr. Boris who supported me even by taking me to the bank to change money into Yuan.
